Hello, My name is Fion. I'm from Hong Kong. I'm passionate about two things; fitness and mental health. Fitness has changed my life and I want to help people change their life too.
I truly believe that exercise is a strong tool to make yourself feel good, it releases endorphins and dopamine. I have seen many people improving their stress levels, emotional stability, become more confident, productive and enjoy their life.
My passion is training people and helping them improve their confidence, one of the most important things is your health. Your look shouldn't define your self-value but working on your health is essential for a happy life.
I personally lost weight from 95kg to 60kg, powerlifting over 300+KG. I train hard, I eat well. I feel stronger every day. Health is not just about only weight loss and gaining muscle, it is about developing the overall quality of life through habit and lifestyle, setting and achieving goals, improving mental health and a good relationship with food.
When I create a program or exercise I try to get as much information from my client because everyone simply has a different body, lifestyle and goals. Weight training combined with moderate cardio training will provide you body transformations with long-lasting body change! - no quick fix and no YOYOeffect.
I'm going to guide you push you and motivate you during your training session, I'll teach you how good movements are done and everything matters for your goal, regardless of what your goal is.
Training located at my fully private and functional home studio gym ( a min walk from Harleston park), no membership need and all equipment provided, outdoor training, 1 on 1, 1 on 2. Kids are more than welcome to come along for free. Commercial gym options possible when required (near Brighton); beginner to advanced are welcome in a non-judgemental environment.
Whether you're walking into the gym for the first, second, third or even tenth time it's hard, but by pushing through those days you will thank yourself in the future. Thank God Fion has her own private gym set up. Training does not cease through these restricted times. Fion is a top top Personal Trainer that I've recommended to my friends. She has helped me get back into training since having my little boy and completely falling off the training wagon for a couple of years. Very easy going, great personality and humour. A good variety of training methods and she has motivated me to continually improve.
Fion is a professional and passionate personal trainer who can provide efficient work out and diet plans for every student to achieve their goals. After 6weeks of training with fion, my chronic neck pain is gone as my back muscles are getting stronger with Fion’s personalized work out plans. Definitely will recommend people to Fion’s classes who want to stay fit and achieve their goals.
Fion is a professional, energetic and patient PT who s competent to provide customer-centred training by analysing the strength and weakness of clients, plus co-ordinate with diet control suggestion/daily habits/health background etc.

Training environment provides one to one/two privacy session with sufficient equipment and various form of training, I enjoyed all the session that I had with her so far. Highly recommended to the beginner but also to those who had gym exp too as Fion can work in the public gym room with you as well!
Overall, I 've been training with Fion for few months and I m getting good results in building muscle and strength even though I have a lower spinal issue. I m looking forward to having a long term training with her in the future.
