Where are you located?
My private PT studio is located at 38 Seymour Road Elsternwick, which is just beside Harleston park.
How much will it cost?
I offer different options to my client to fit their different goals and budgets. However the first introduction session is just $20. You can try before you decide or make any commitment. It is best you book an introduction session so we can discuss your goals and let you try what the session is like.
What’s the session like at FC Fitness?
Most of the sessions are 45 minutes, however I do offer 30 minutes or 60 minutes if required.
We will work on every detail you care about, with your goals, your form, your rage of motion, your quality of training, your safety and your nutrition. There's no one size fits all approach like bootcamp or group class. It is a PERSONAL training. Not everyone likes a cloudy gym, this is a private studio that allows you to try or learn any new movement in a judge free and safe environment. All levels are welcome from beginner to advanced.
My biggest goal is to educate my client on how to train efficiently and safely. Not only allows you to achieve your goals in a shorter amount of time and the benefit from weekly sessions, and you'll also have the knowledge and education for the rest of your life can use at home or any gym.

What time are you working?
One of the benefits of personal training is that they fit in your schedule. Regardless of whether the only time you have available to train is at a ridiculously early hour before work, or on your lunch break, or mid-afternoon before the kids come home from school - a Personal Trainer is one of the most versatile professions in terms of hours.
Do you have to have a gym membership?
No, you don't need a membership for personal training. I can design a beginner program where you can work out from home with bodyweight or little equipment which is best for stay at home mum and busy people. Commercial gym programs are also available.
I've never done weight training before, does that matter?
No, everyone starts somewhere. My job is to encourage you and teach you how good movements are made and improve your overall well being.
What's the Cancelation policy?
24 hours notice and you won't be charged.
How hard will the session be?
The best thing about working with a personal trainer is that I can modify the exercises easily or harder to ensure you're able to do it and still challenge your body.
When our PT session I will explain the science behind the exercise or program and make sure you do the right form and right things regarding your goals, correct your posture etc.
Why shouldn't you follow instagram random exercise / Instead have a pt?
Everyone has a different body (flexibility, mobility, posture, bone structure etc.) , different goals, active level and injury history. It looks simple when you look at that exercise through that little phone screen but do you really do the right form and work the muscle you want to work at? I assume you know about all that, following a structure program will help you get the result much faster than doing random exercise. Especially if you are a beginner, do it right!!
How long before I see results?
It depends on how hard you are willing to give, if you train hard and eat right you should see results in around 6 weeks. All I do is teach you how to achieve your goals efficiently and safely. It is important that you do your homework. Training, nutrition and rest. When you follow and enjoy the process of being healthy, run that healthy lifestyle momentum then body composition changes due to your training and nutrition. It is just science.
I am starting to feel pain or discomfort when I exercise?
Would you think there's nothing to worry about that niggling pain or discomfort? Think it over again! Experiencing pain is the first warning sign. Learn to do exercise with the right technique so you can exercise your lifetime without injury. Improving your flexibility and mobility are key components to the health of an individual. For example many conditions such as lower back pain can be quickly resolved with proper work on flexibility, which can lead to improved quality of life and work productivity.
I am not getting any improvement or result after years of exercising?
Without tracking and proper technique, it is easy to plateau. Examples follow the wrong diet, missing a week of workout that's all leads to waste energy. My job is to pull you back on track when you’ve plateaued. Work smarter not harder. I will guide you regarding your goals and help. Following an individualised and progressive overload structure plan can help you lose fat, build muscle, strength training also keeps your bones strong, injury free.
What is your personality like?
I love my job, I have a lot of passion about fitness more than just a job to me. The National Academy of Sports Medicine, NASM professional norms think qualified personal trainers should have different character. I try to be a teacher, an adviser, a supporter, a friend and a mentor to my clients.
I always put myself in my client shoes, to think what they think, to feel what they feel. We all deserve respect and individual custom workouts. Choose a trainer you feel comfortable to work with. No stress, I never judge, I will push you right amount and get your maximum result.
